KidSuper Studios accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and collaborations may be subject to final sale terms.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all KidSuper branded tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear back on your original payment method.
